2 min. Wall Squat Stretch/mobility
Handstand practice 3 min.
Practice 4 inverted positions on rings

Skill: 
Snatch & Superman Pull

Conditioning:
21 Snatches in 21 Minutes
1 Snatch EMOM(Every minute on the minute) for 21 min.
Start with a doable load and increase at your own pace to approach or beat your 1 RM

100 Doubleunders for time
Find your 1RM Back Squat
Find your 1RM Weighted Pull Up
