Kermit and Dan Come Back!

Our friendly visitors from Vancouver came back today! Not just any visitors, but what we have here are CrossFit Coaches from CrossFit East Vancouver, and they are also CrossFit Games Athletes!!! What a treat! These guys are super fun to WOD with, and even helped me fine tune my Kipping Muscle Ups! SWEET DEAL! I'm trying to get them to guest coach a class.....YES!

We perfomed "Hidalgo" today, and I think I can pretty much say it kicked everyones booty. It was pretty awesome. Take a look.

Right: Me and Kermit! It's been super fun to have a gal that's got similar body type and perfomance on wods. So grateful!
