Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Chest to Bart Pull Ups give us that extra work to help us improve our pull up strength! The bar must come below the collar bone, but in Josh's case it comes down to the nipple! Wow!

Workout #1 came out today: AMRAP 7 min. Burpees
Athletes that are registered will be performing these workouts with coaches who will judge them. ALL of our CrossFit AllStar Athletes, registered or not will be performing these workouts in the gym on Mondays. We will have our own leaderboard in our gym.
