Marta the Great needed to get her CrossFit Games Open wod 12.4 done before she flew out to the Mainland Thursday night so I invited her to do it during the CrossFit Kids class! The kids learned what the CrossFit Games are, what the Open competition is all about, and got to cheer on Marta while she did her competition workout. After, the kids all did their own version with max. 5 min. Wall Ball Shots.

10 Dips
10 Hollow Rocks
10 Squats
Skill: Double Under
WOD:
Eight rounds for time of:
10 Burpees
15 Jumping alternating lunges
20 Double-unders
25 yard Shuttle sprint (5 x 5 yards)
Rest 90 seconds
