CrossFit AllStar was invited this year to attend the Field Day activities at Hawaii Preparatory Academy in Waimea, Kamuela on March 16th, 2012. 

We brought all the box jumps and had the entire basketball court to set up. We ran an event of Max. 1 min. Box Jumps, Squats, Sit Ups, and Push Ups. I took the small white boards down, partnered the kids up and they all kept score for each other.

It was SO NICE to have the box jumps outside and experience the joy the kids felt when they saw them and were able to jump away!!! It was a fun day had by all and ended with a spirited Tug-o-War!
