CrossFit Treats
AllStar, Kip (right) breaks in the new competition Kettlebells! Todays wod included a little bit of everything.... gymnastics movements expressed in the Handstand Push Ups & Burpees, weight bearing functional movement in the kettlebell swings, pulling elements in Pull Ups, and midline stabilization movements in the Sit Ups. We had it all going on today and everyone did great!
