I have said this over, and over, and over again. If you want to see results, look at your nutrition. Be honest with yourself. Open up to the possibility that total health exists, if you are willing to change. Exercise is not enough, not nearly. Nutriton is everything. Why would you want to put JUNK in your gas tank?

Workout of the Day 

Warm Up:

1/2 vs. 1/2 Dodgeball

Speed Ladders

Strict Pull Up 3 X 10

Skill: Handstand Push Up/ P.Press

WOD:

For time:

25 Handstand push-ups

50 Toes-to-bar

Run 800 meters

75 pound Push press, 75 reps

150 Double-unders(or 450 singles)
