3/27/12 Hukihuki: Tug-o-War at AllStar

After a long desire and intention to get a rope for Tug-o-War for our gym it is done! We played one on one, two on two, and shown at right: 3 CrossFit Kids against Karl!

This adds a fun variation to our regular warm ups(which are hardly regular at our gym) and works on our pulling power!

Above: Josh does Sit Ups next to Ford in today's wod. We have our kids with us all the time at the gym, and it's funny how people think that just because I am a business owner and at the gym all the time, that somehow I don't spend enough time with my kids. It's quite the opposite actually, I spend ALL my time with my kids even when I am at the gym! It will actually be nice when they go spend the summer with their grandparents!

Warm Up:

800m. Run

Huki Huki (Tug-o-War)

Skill: Clean & Jerk

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

15 Bar Facing Burpees

2 Clean and jerk (155/125)

15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent

15 Sit Ups
