Workout of the Day

Warm Up: 

Run 800m. 

Dynamic Stretches

Run:

4 X 400m

Rest 1:30

WOD:

"Chelsea"

Every minute on the minute perform the following:

5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Squats

If you are unable to perform the work in the prescribed minute, you finish up the round and wait for the top of the next round to start again.
