Today in Kids class Maleah shared her book that her Mom made for her about her Second Grade year which had a page for each letter of the Alphabet, and guess what was for 'C'?
C is for CrossFit AllStar KIDS!
We also celebrated Isaiah's birthday in Kids class today, he got to write up his own birthday WOD on the board the class completed: 4 Min. Dodgeball, Then 2 Rounds of: 3 Rope Climbs, 10 Box Jumps, 1 Skin the Cat

Conditioning:
For time:
100 ft Walking lunge
50 Push-ups
50 Double-unders
25 Knees to elbows
5 Rope climb, 15 ft
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
25 Overhead squats, 65 pounds
25 L-pull-ups
50 Sit-ups
Then: 3 X 5 Deadlift
