CrossFit Kids find their maximun height Box Jump today! ALL the kids set new Personal Records. Ford, 10 yrs. old sets new record with a 35" Jump!
Even Ford's little sister Della cheers him on. Notice how the kids support and cheer and feel the excitment for one another. CrossFit brings people closer. (I ran out of memory on my iphone to capture his 35" Jump, but this one is just as exciting!)
Notice in the background Max states, "This is FUN!". The kids don't even realize how hard they are working. Fitness SHOULD be fun!
