     Today everyone put down the heavy weights and got a good long cardiovascular test. Wall balls, pull-ups, box jumps, dips and kb swings with no rest. One of the signs of a fit person is the ability to do work without stopping to rest, or resting very briefly. Everyone did great tackling this WOD together throughout the day. May we all take shorter and shorter breaks as we become faster, stronger and more fit.

Warm up:

800m run

Dynamic stretching

balance practice: tree pose

Strength:

EMOM for 7 minutes:

1 power snatch and 2 snatch-grip behind the neck push presses

Conditioning:

20 wall balls

40 pull-ups

20 wall balls

40 box jumps

20 wall balls

40 ring dips

20 wall balls

40 kettlebell swings
